Rent can be paid securely online through our tenant portal, making it easy to set up one-time or automatic payments.
What are the requirements to qualify for a rental?
Requirements:
◦ 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen/permanent resident
◦ Clean criminal history and not been convicted of a sex crime
◦ Minimum credit score of 650 or co-signer required, no bankruptcies within 5 years, no current collections/charge-offs/judgments)
◦ 50% or less debt to income ratio
◦ No evictions and positive rental history
◦ Renter’s insurance is required
◦ No smoking (including vaping) in our homes
◦ Pets are allowed with a required initial non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 and monthly pet fee of $25/per animal UNDER 35lbs and $50/per animal OVER 35lbs
◦ Security deposit equal to one month rent and first month rent required to move in.
