- Tenants are expected to adhere to all lease terms, including timely rent payments, maintenance responsibilities, and property care.

- Early lease termination may result in fees or penalties, as stated in the lease agreement.

3. Rent Payments & Late Fees

- Rent payments must be made through the designated payment method outlined in the lease.

- Late rent payments may be subject to late fees, as specified in the lease agreement.

- Non-payment of rent may result in eviction proceedings, per local laws.

4. Maintenance & Repairs

- Tenants are responsible for reporting maintenance issues through the designated maintenance request portal or by contacting our office.

- Routine maintenance will be handled by MLP within a reasonable timeframe.

- Emergency maintenance (e.g., plumbing leaks, heating failures) will be prioritized.

- Tenants may be responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse of the property.

5. Tenant Responsibilities

- Tenants must keep the property clean and in good condition.

- Tenants must abide by all lease terms, including occupancy limits and pet policies.

- Illegal activities or lease violations may result in termination of the lease.

6. Use of Website & Communications

- MLP provides this website for informational purposes only.

- Unauthorized use of this site, including fraudulent applications or false inquiries, is strictly prohibited.

- By submitting an inquiry or application, you opt-in to receive text messages, emails, or phone calls related to your rental inquiry.
